In 2015 my Mum had a sudden severe heart attack. She lives on her own and miles away from North Lincolnshire. In my attempt to cope with the enormous amount of stress and anxiety this bought I looked into alternative ways to keep me focused, calm and anxiety free. I had always done yoga, in fact it’s my 20th year next year! but I felt that there was something else I was missing.
From this, I found courses on mindfulness and meditation and a yoga course and quickly got into all three. They became and still remain my passion. I completed my qualifications in all three in 2018.
To say my training was and continues to help me in everyday life, with all it’s stresses and strains, is an understatement. It’s my life now without hesitation. Embracing a well-being lifestyle has bought about my business Health & Life Balance with Clair Stamp. I have created a business offering you, to share with you and help you to embrace the same.
I offer yoga sessions and classes with mindfulness and meditation, as I believe the three are fundamentally connected. I also offer chair yoga, gentle yoga and Fascia yoga within my workshops or as a class. I can also offer you tailor made 1:1 sessions in all of these.
Additionally, I offer mindfulness and meditation sessions and 1:1 private appointments.
2020 has seen me complete a Pilates Diploma and can now provide 1:1 with you. Group classes may follow. Keep watching for updates.
Always looking to increase my knowledge, in 2019 I completed a Certificate in Health & Nutrition, along side my Nutrition qualification and so I am now offering Health & Nutrition Advice and Support through a 1:1 4 week programme. I can also offer a 1:1 tailor made appointment.

I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Adult Education and as a qualified lecturer and love nothing more than to engage with people to improve their lives.
I can work 1:1 with clients or small groups in the work place or in the comfort of your home. Working on your long term and short term goal setting, through yoga practice, meditation and personal training and Pilates and by utilising my life coach training and health and nutrition advice.
